The Challenges

Key to overcoming challenges is the anticipation with the right mindset. And, we felt its need here. One key challenge was to ensue smooth business operations without disruption to the current business processes while integrating with the existing systems. Two, the implementation has to be smooth with plug-ins that were custom-designed to suit our client’s need. The Objectives

With swaying customer experience positively on top of their mind, our client was eying a CEM solution to increase customer loyalty & retention by playing by a smart CX strategy.  They were looking for a technological enabler to design  projects which can boost customer loyalty & achieve results. The company wanted to create effective customer experience strategy to streamline customer interactions to drive favourable business outcomes. The Solution

We begin with implementing a cloud-based ADSR system which will automatically collect revenue data from tenant systems without interrupting the existing business process and remove the manual, intrusive data collection process. It led to easy reconciliation, analytics reports, and process improvement with the help of six sigma.
To automate business processes and track action items with manpower shift management, we also implemented a process automation tool powered by Java having world-class UI, designed by our team of design COEs. For client’s mobility app, we leveraged our mobility COE to make an innovative mobile app which has interactive UI, & offers intelligent insights across platforms like Android and IOS.
