Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce development team.
- Architect and design scalable and robust solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical
solutions using our SAAS products. - Assist in the creation of architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
- Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce projects from initiation to completion. Assist PMs to allocate tasks to
Salesforce development team. - Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Take ownership of the development of complex Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Utilize programming languages and tools for customization, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Define and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for Salesforce, ensuring seamless connectivity with
other business systems. - Evaluate and recommend third-party tools for integration purposes.
- Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to our products.
- Establish and enforce governance policies related to release management, change control, and security.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform best practices and security standards.
- Mentor and coach the Salesforce development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Provide training on advanced Salesforce development concepts and methodologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Act as a technical liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and updates related to SAAS products.
- Participate in training programs and certifications to enhance technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 10 years of
experience in Salesforce Platform & Technologies. - Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with a track record of successful project deliveries in
software development and customization, preferably in product environments. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python), databases, and web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and client-facing environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a development team.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or relevant certifications preferred
